Welcome to this cozy efficiency on the ground floor. With the bonus of a full kitchen, 2 couples could rent this room along with room 9 for a shared porch.

Living Room

This cozy room is located in between room 7 and 9. There is a memory foam queen-sized bed and a futon that folds down to make a double bed. There is a dresser and flat panel TV with cable. There is a small area to hang your clothes. This room has a ceiling fan and a window unit for A/C.

Bedroom

This is an Efficiency room which means the bedroom, living room and kitchen all share the same room. It does have a seperate bathroom.

Bathroom

The bathroom is small in size and has a stand-up stall shower with a single sink and a mirror to help you get ready for the day.

Kitchen

This small kitchen has most of the basic items needed to prepare meals while you are on vacation. Provided for you is a full-sized Gas Stove/Oven, full-size Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Drip Coffee maker, Single K-Cup Coffee machine, and most of the important items needed such as, glasses, cups, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and serving utensils. There is a breakfast bar and 2 bar stools.

Pool and Hot Tub

This room is located in between room 7 and 9 and on the ground floor. There are a few steps to get upon to the porch and into the room. It has a covered porch with lots of shade looking out onto the parking lot. There is a picnic table, a bench, and also some towels hook to dry out your bathing suits or beach towels.

Parking

This room is authorized for 1 vehicle. You will be required to display a parking pass in each registered vehicle. (this includes any golf carts you may rent during your stay) Only authorized vehicles are allowed on premises and all others will be towed at the owner’s expense. No boats or trailers are allowed due to parking limitations.

Room 8 has the items and ameneties listed below. All our rooms have bed linens and towels provided for your stay and we do offer a Bath towel exchange service. Kitchens will have the basic items needed for your stay such as dishes, silverware, Cups, glasses and a small selection of pots and pans.
