Welcome to this 3rd floor ocean view retreat. This is a favorite room for those who don’t need to cook and want to enjoy the ocean view. You will experience amazing sunrises from the deck of this room. The high ceilings enhance this beautiful space. This room is closest to the hot tub and pool area.

Living Room

You enter from the 2nd level and have a foyer with a table before heading up to the 3rd floor via internal stair case. The spacious room has an arm chair and a futon that folds down to a double bed for a family experience. There is a flat panel TV with local cable. There is also a closet to hang your clothes. This room has a window unit for A/C. You can rent this room along with room 11 for a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 story “Beach House”

Bedroom

This is an Efficiency room which means the bedroom, living room and kitchen all share the same room. It does have a seperate bathroom.

1 Bathroom

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a single sink and mirror to help you get ready for the day. There is a cabinet with shelves for storage. There is also a window for natural light.

Kitchen

There is no kitchen, instead, provided for you is a college sized fridge, microwave, toaster, single K-Cup and drip coffee maker. There is dishes, cups, glasses and silverware. There is a bistro style table with 2 chairs.

Pool and Hot Tub

This room is located on the 3rd floor with ocean view. The bench makes for a great place to rejuvenate with the sunrise or relax after a day of fishing or beach going. There are also some towels hooks to dry out your bathing suits or beach towels.

Parking

This room is authorized for 1 vehicle. You will be required to display a parking pass in each registered vehicle. (this includes any golf carts you may rent during your stay) Only authorized vehicles are allowed on premises and all others will be towed at the owner’s expense. No boats or trailers are allowed due to parking limitations.

Room 12 has the items and ameneties listed below. All our rooms have bed linens and towels provided for your stay and we do offer a Bath towel exchange service. Kitchens will have the basic items needed for your stay such as dishes, silverware, Cups, glasses and a small selection of pots and pans.
