This room is on the second floor and is the very spacious main floor of The Beach House with some great Ocean Views. There is a fully stocked Kitchen with dishwasher, Tv with Cable in the living room and Bedroom. A Dining Table to seat 4 and large full bathroom with a Shower/tub combo.

Sleeping arrangements consist of a KING Bed in the bedroom and a Futon Couch. There are 2 Futon Couches in the living room.

THIS ROOM CAN ALSO BE RENTED WITH ROOM 12 (on the 3rd Floor) GIVING YOU ACCESS TO THE FULL BEACH HOUSE AND SLEEPING FOR 12 PEOPLE
